Terms & Conditions - 1:1 Strategy Call
1. Booking & Payment
- Your spot is confirmed only after full payment of ₹2,999 is received.
- Payment is processed securely through Razorpay.
2. Rescheduling
- You can reschedule your call once, free of charge, with at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled slot.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the call will not be accommodated.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Once you have booked the call, there will be no cancellation requests entertained.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
4. What's Included
- One 60-minute 1:1 strategy session conducted over Google Meet.
- The session covers marketing strategy guidance based on the information you share during the call.
- This session does not include execution, ongoing support, or deliverables beyond the call itself, unless separately agreed upon.
5. No Guarantee of Results
- This session provides strategic guidance and recommendations based on your business as discussed.
- Results depend on multiple factors including execution, market conditions, and business-specific variables. No specific outcome, sales figure, or growth result is guaranteed.
6. Confidentiality
- Any business information shared during the call will be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties.
7. Conduct
- I reserve the right to decline or end a session if the conversation becomes abusive or disrespectful, without obligation to refund.
8. Changes to Terms
- These terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page.
Terms & Conditions - Workshops
1. Terms & Conditions
- Your seat is confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Payment is processed securely through Razorpay.
- Seats are limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Rescheduling
- If the workshop is postponed or rescheduled by Kaveri, registered participants will be notified in advance and offered the new date or a full refund.
- Participant-side rescheduling is not applicable since this is a fixed-date group workshop.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows on the day of the workshop.
- No refunds will be issued once you have booked a seat for the workshop.
4. What's Included
- Live access to the workshop session on Google Meet for the full announced duration.
- Any other material, as committed.
5. What's Not Included
- This workshop does not include 1:1 troubleshooting after the session, ongoing support, or custom builds for your specific brand beyond what’s covered live.
- Participants are expected to have an active ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini account or any other tool as per the demand of the workshop to follow along. Kaveri is not responsible for platform-specific access issues, downtime, or account limitations during the session.
6. No Guarantee of Results
- This workshop provides practical training and guidance. Outcomes depend on individual effort, business context, and how the tool is used after the workshop. No specific result or output quality is guaranteed.
7. Conduct
- Participants are expected to engage respectfully. Kaveri reserves the right to remove any participant from the session for disruptive or abusive behaviour, without obligation to refund.
8. Intellectual Property
- All workshop content, frameworks, and materials shared are the intellectual property of Kaveri Tikmani and are not to be redistributed, resold, or repurposed without permission.
